Day Two- January 21

Today, we used google documents to create a resume to put on our blogs. I felt like doing this was a good example of Standard 2 (Design and Develop Digital-Age Learning Experiences and Assessments) Benchmark A (design or adapt relevant learning experiences that incorporate digital tools and resources to promote student learning and creativity). This was the most likely standard because we designed a resume and published it using digital tools such as google documents and blogger. This helped out a lot because I learned about what important accomplishments I need to get to be able to be a likely candidate for a job later on down the road. It also allowed me to be creative. Since, I was not able to fill out all of the spaces, I just simply made up some possible answers to the guidelines. When I become a teacher, I will make sure that I incorporate google documents into my classroom. I think this will help the kids learn about all the different kinds of applications that they can make online that will benefit them when they are sitting in the exact same seat that I am in today.
